Welcome to the website for the 2008-2012 Opportunities Carnival Seminar.
This one-day seminar was delivered at three different locations - Birmingham, Liverpool and London.
It highlighted how the carnival sector and those involved in it might look to benefit from the lead-up to 2012 and the range of events taking place during 2008-12.
Delegates discovered the latest news and opportunities for those involved in organising carnivals or with a stake in their success. It aimed to help this essential sector become ‘business prepared’ to maximise opportunities over the coming years.
